People have started learning ancient holistic techniques for good health like Yoga, Tai chi or Qi Gong.

Asanas - Yoga asanas are exercises to develop a strong, healthy body by enhancing flexibility and improving circulation.
Pranayama – Pranayam is yogic breathing technique to remove body toxic and reduce stress and many diseases
Relaxation – In yoga, relaxation is considered fundamental to recreation of healthy cells in body.
Proper Diet – according to the principles of Ayurveda, proper diet not only emphasizes eating simple, healthy and vegetarian foods that are easy to digest, special significance is also attached to the timing of taking meals.
Meditation - meditation calms the heart, reduces mental stress and increases life span.
